Anabolic Support

Anabolic Support aids in the assimilation and utilization of food, growth hormone release, and supports cleansing by way of the kidneys and lymphatic system.  Contains bee pollen, ginger rhizome, cucumber powder, and parsley leaf. Anabolic Support is an excellent source of protein (30%), carbohydrates (55%), calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, alkalizing minerals, niacin (B3), riboflavin (B2), vitamins, and is rich in enzymes to aid protein utilization.

Anabolic Support can have a positive effect on growth hormone release, if taken at bedtime or on an empty stomach as it decreases blood protein. Blood protein suppresses growth hormone release. The greatest release of growth hormone is typically around 2 A.M.

What are the exact contents of Anabolic Support?

"Anabolic Support" contains the amino acids and phytonutrients of bee pollen, the enzymes of ginger rhizome and the alkalizing minerals of cucumber powder and parsley leaf for the biochemical pathways of energy and steroidal metabolism.

Pollen, the gamete of the flower, contains 30% protein and 55% carbohydrate, as well as over 100 vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and other nutrients. Rats fed bee pollen were found to have fetuses with higher birth weights and decreased death rates, making it an effective prenatal nutrient. Bee pollen was also found to relieve weakness, anemia, and weight-loss.

Ginger rhizome is higher in proteolytic enzymes than any other food source, therefore, aiding protein digestion if taken with meals and protein utilization if taken between meals. Ginger has been found to enhance cholesterol metabolism, cholesterol being the precursor for steroidal hormones. It also improves circulation as it cleanses the blood, intestines, kidneys and skin.

Avena Sativa is high in magnesium, silica, chromium and calcium. Research has shown that quality of sleep plays an important role in HGH release. Low calcium or calcium deficiency is a common a factor in various sleep disturbances or difficulty with sleep.

Parsley leaf contains 22% protein and is high in calcium and essential fatty acids. Parsley has been routinely used in Russia to support the female reproductive system due, in part, to its fatty acid profile.

Powders have a quicker effect, but some people do not like the taste or adding them to liquid. Capsules are less cost effective.
